“Click” and it's mitered! Metal Mitre tools make 90° triangular cuts in aluminum cap metals, allowing you to create corners without a miter box. The 8-to-1 leverage and all-steel construction of these tools make for easy cutting and long useful life.

Choose No. 849 Handle and Die Set Combo for most vinyl and carpet cap with at least a 3/32" opening.

Choose the No. 851 Handle and Die Set Combo for vinyl and laminate cap metal with at least a 1/16" opening.

Choose No. 847 Combo with extra-thick heavy duty punch for mitering other heavier cap (such as wallboard cap).

Nos. 846, 848 & 850 die sets are interchangeable and sold separately.

The No. 870 Combo is used to notch vinyl mouldings for tight radius bends without wrinkles. It cuts out a 1/4" wide relief slot with 90° side angles. Sold as a combo die set and handle only. Durably constructed with heavy-duty punch.

NOTES:
1846-A is a .135" thick punch for use on carpet cap and wall board cap. This punch is too thick to enter narrow channels of laminate and vinyl cap metals.

1848-A is a relieved punch with a thickness of .100". For use on most vinyl and carpet cap metals with at least a 3/32" opening.

1850-A is a 0.050" thick punch. Slender punch for use on vinyl and laminate cap with at least a 1/16" opening. Comes with replacement pressure pad.

*No. 1870-A is a .156" thick punch for use with No. 870 replacement punch ONLY! Nos. 1870-A and B are not interchangeable. Used to notch vinyl moldings for tight radius bends without wrinkles.

*All punches are interchangeable except No. 1870-A & 1870-B.
